These terms govern your use of the WasteTrack marketing website at wastetrack.nl. Use of the WasteTrack application at wastetrack.eu is governed by the separate agreement you accept when you create an account there.

1. The website

This site provides general information about WasteTrack. We may change or remove content at any time. Information here is provided "as is" without warranty and does not constitute legal or compliance advice regarding EU waste shipment regulations.

2. No compliance guarantee

WasteTrack is a tool that helps prepare and submit waste shipment documentation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for meeting your legal obligations under the EU Waste Shipment Regulation, DiWaSS, and applicable national rules.

3. Accounts and the service

Pricing, free-tier limits, and feature descriptions on this site are indicative and may change. The binding terms, service levels, and pricing apply at the point you sign up in the application.

4. Intellectual property

The WasteTrack name, logo, and site content are owned by WasteTrack B.V. (placeholder) and may not be reused without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands.
